You can program it with up to 3 Nitrox mixes all the way to 100%. It even has a Buddy Pressure Check feature that scans for transmitters so you can view your buddy’s air pressure.
It’s a great feature for dive instructors and divemasters and those are just a small sample of the features the Epic has, click here for my review.
Aeris Dive Computer – Elite T3
The Epic T3 is similar to the Epic dive computer and can basically do everything the Epic can do and has a few added features as well.
First of all, the Elite T3 can monitor the pressure of up to three separate cylinders wirelessly which makes it a great choice for technical divers. It can also monitor a different Nitrox mixture in each cylinder.
The Elite T3 also allows divers to be a little more conservative by enabling the Personal Conservative Factor which reduces your maximum no-decompression dive times.
The Atmos AI is a basic, Nitrox programmable dive computer that can track mixtures between 21% and 50%.
It includes all the bells and whistles you’d expect from an air integrated dive computer including an estimate of your remaining air time and a safety stop count down.
The XR-2 is a gauge mounted dive computer that can be used as an air computer, Nitrox computer or as a normal dive gauge.
The Aeris XR-2 is PC downloadable, which means you don’t have to bother remembering all the details from your dive. You can have fun on the water and download everything when you get home.
Aeris Dive Computer – XR-1 Nx
The Aeris XR-1 Nx was designed to make a Nitrox capable dive computer available to anyone.
This dive computer costs less than $350. At that price, there’s no reason why you should still be using a dive table. It’s not exactly feature rich, but it’s a dependable Nitrox computer for under $350 which makes it a no-brainer purchase in my book.
