This fin exemplifies what happens when an old favorite goes high tech. With a price tag hovering in the $150 area, the Quattro Excel is more expensive than the other Quattro models. But even at $150, its still less than many dive fins on the market and all reviews indicate that the Quattro Excel is worth every penny.
